These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Haatbari website and to all orders placed through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and information
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and specifications may change if a manufacturer updates a model. If a product you receive is not as described, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are added at checkout. Prices, offers and stock levels can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.
Orders
When you place an order, you will see an order confirmation on screen, and by email if you gave us an email address. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify the order details, or if we cannot deliver to the address provided. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Please pay the full amount, including the delivery charge, to the delivery person when your order arrives.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty
Where a product comes with a manufacturer or seller warranty, the warranty terms will be stated on the product page or provided with the product. Warranty claims are handled according to those terms.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Use of the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to break its security, placing false orders or copying its content for commercial use without permission. Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Haatbari or is used with permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by the use of the website or the products, beyond the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
