This policy explains how Haatbari delivers orders within Bangladesh, what delivery costs, and what to expect when your order arrives.
Where we deliver
Delivery options for your address are shown at checkout once you choose your division and district. Please give a complete address with your area or locality, house and road number, and a mobile number we can reach. We do not deliver outside Bangladesh.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge depends on your district and on the type of product in your order:

Large appliances include refrigerators and televisions. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout.
When an order contains both regular items and large appliances, the higher charge applies to the whole order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Large appliances such as refrigerators and televisions may need extra time for safe handling.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, keep the full payable amount ready, including the delivery charge.
- Check the outer packaging before you accept the delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery person and contact us the same day.
Changes and failed deliveries
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched. If we cannot reach you or deliver the order after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.
